We now know this offer will end by 9 AM EST on 6/15/2026.

When the Chase Sapphire Reserve® relaunched in the middle of 2025, the bonus offer was Earn 100,000 points and a $500 Chase Travel℠  credit, after spending $5,000 in the first three months.

Since August 22, 2025 (until today), the offer has been Earn 125,000 bonus points after you spend $6,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. And before that relaunch last summer, we hadn’t seen higher than 100,000 points.

So the new offer, available now, looks to me like a Best Ever Offer on this card.

Earn 150,000 bonus points after you spend $6,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.

We also have more clarity on the eligibility rules for this card which are simple, despite excluding many.

If you have never had a Chase Sapphire Reserve® card, you are eligible for this bonus. Having or having had the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card will not disqualify you for this offer.

So, if you’ve never been tempted to apply for the Chase Sapphire Reserve® in the past but have been intrigued by the refresh, they’ve got 150,000 bonus points with your name in it to give it a try. I value that at over $2,200 worth of Chase Ultimate Rewards® points using our valuation of 1.75 cents per point.

This is probably also a good time to remind you of the card bonus categories and the benefits since the refresh:
