Unique Card Benefits
Transfer to Capital One Miles with Eligible Cards
If you also have a Capital One Spark Miles for Business credit card, or a personal Venture X, Venture, or VentureOne credit card, you can transfer the cash earned on the Spark Cash Plus to those cards where they will become Capital One Miles, transferable to a range of air and hotel transfer partners.
$200 Cash Bonus Available Yearly For Big Spenders
Earn a $200 cash bonus as a statement credit for every year that you spend $200,000 or more on the Capital One Spark Cash Plus.
Has No Preset Spending Limit
As a charge card, your spending will determine how much you can charge in a month.
While your spending power isn’t unlimited, this is a perfect card for small business owners that put extraordinary amounts of spend on credit cards, since traditional credit cards are likely to max out at a limit that is too low for your needs. Monthly spends in the hundreds of thousands or dollars are possible with charge cards.
Pay your Spark Cash Plus in full each month to avoid any service fees. If you’re late or don’t pay in full, you’ll pay a 2.99% monthly late fee.
Does Not Report Credit Line to Personal Credit Profile
While Capital One will perform a hard credit inquiry on your personal credit when you apply for a Spark Cash Plus to assure credit-worthiness and check your payment history, they will not report your utilization of this card, or that you even have it, to the personal credit bureaus.
The only exception is if you become delinquent on your payments. Keep in mind that you are still jointly liable with your business for charges on the Capital One Spark Cash Plus, as with all small business (non-corporate) cards.
Extended Warranty
The extended warranty policy offered on the Capital One Spark Cash Plus card will add 1 extra year to the original manufacturer’s warranty for warranties of 3 years or less. The maximum coverage amount per item is $10,000 and $50,000 per year.
Roadside Assistance
When you have auto-related emergencies, such as needing jump-starting, tire changing or towing, this service will have it arranged for you. Additional fees apply for the services.
No Fees for Authorized Users
Employee cards are free. You can get your employees their own Capital One Spark Cash Plus cards and track limit their spend with ease – all at no additional fee.
No Foreign Transaction Fees
You’ll never be charged foreign transaction fees when you make purchases in a foreign currency with the Capital One Spark Cash Plus (or any Capital One card).
