Credit Cards for No Credit History
If you don’t have credit history in the United States, you won’t be approved for traditional credit cards because without a US-based credit history (FICO credit score) and a Social Security Number, the credit card companies cannot assess your risk profile.
“Credit Builder” credit cards are credit cards for people with no credit history. No social security numbers nor US credit scores are required.
