Get a 30% transfer bonus when you transfer Citi ThankYou to Qatar Airways Avios.

With this transfer bonus, which runs from 1st June 2026, 00:00hrs (GMT+3), and ends on 30th June 2026, 23:59hrs (GMT+3), Qatar will bonus you with 30% more Avios.

So, you may not get those bonus Avios for 1-2 months! This is a big difference between when the US bank offers a transfer bonus (bonus points are credited with the transfer) and when it’s run by the airline. I’ve seen both Qatar and Cathay Pacific specify delayed posting of the bonus which (I think) kind of ruins the deal since we never advise stockpiling – that said, you can still move these to other Avios programs later in just a few clicks, though Finnair – arguably the best of the Avios programs for sweet spots like 40K for a US transcontinental 3 cabin AA flight in First, though you’ll need to call to book –  is not on that page.
