Get up to a 200% transfer bonus when you transfer Bilt Rewards to Hilton Honors.

At the very maximum, this is a 1:3 transfer, but that requires that you are Platinum and spend $150 in Bilt Cash and you are capped at 100,000 points netting a maximum of 300,000 Hilton Honors points.

I do still value Hilton Honors points despite the last two devaluations, but I would rather use the current American Express Membership Rewards® to Hilton Honors Transfer Bonus if I was going to convert a transferable point to Hilton. While that bonus is 1:2.4 (up from a standard 1:2 ratio), Bilt’s base ratio is just 1:1. So at the Silver level, you are just equalling the normal Amex transfer rate without a bonus.

At the Gold level, you are at 1:2.5, just a hair better than the Amex transfer bonus on now. It’s only at Platinum or Gold + the $150 Bilt Cash upgrade that you get a bit better, but if you “buy up” you aren’t getting fantastic value for your $150 in Bilt Cash. That’s because, capped at 100,000 base points, that bonus 25% – 50% (based on your status) for the $150 in Bilt Cash is capped at 25,000 – 50,000 bonus points. That’s just $125 – $250 in average Hilton point value for the Bilt Cash.

Bilt has been capping transfer bonuses at 100,000 base points for a few months now. On a higher value currency you may well get a multiple of value on your Bilt Cash, but it’s not a slam dunk here and, given that I’d value a Bilt Point above an Amex point, and Amex points are easier to earn, I probably wouldn’t do this bonus (even as Platinum) when I could do the Amex one and get 1:2.4 without spending Bilt Cash and on as much as I want.
