Values used across these tools come from our points and miles valuations, and transfer bonuses from our current transfer bonuses page. The tools read those pages directly, so they stay current on their own.

About these tools

These are free tools we built to help you maximize your points and miles - the core of what we do! We have a matrix of every credit card transfer partner (including transfer bonuses), a calculator for deciding between points and cash on rewards, and a live feed of the day's points and miles news. They need no account and no email address. Each one reads its data from the pages on this site that we keep current, so they stay current too.

Frequently asked questions

Are these tools free?

Yes — all of them, with no signup, no account and no email required. Your Best Credit Cards earns money through card links elsewhere on the site, which is what pays for building and maintaining these.

Where do the point valuations come from?

From our own points and miles valuations page, which we maintain by hand and revise as programs change. The tools read that page directly rather than keeping their own copy, so a valuation update reaches them without anything being rebuilt.

How current is the data?

Transfer partners and transfer bonuses come from pages we update as things change, and the tools pull from them live. The news feed refreshes on its own throughout the day. Nothing here is a static snapshot that quietly goes stale. The best part of everything we do with our tools and calculators is that Your Best Credit Cards already has endless data. These tools simply take that data and give you more resources to work with. So many creators make tools but fail to keep things current. We are doing that anyway so you can count on these to be reliable.
